Target-Apple gift card promo issue

I purchased an apple gift card yesterday on target’s website - a $50 one. It was delivered via email, and I redeemed it using my App Store account. Immediately upon redeeming it, I got the pop up about the promotional rewards, and was invited to open the game. I did so, but have never received the bundle. I contacted Apple, and the told me that they see the bundle on my purchase history, and provided a transaction number for it. They asked me to contact the developer. I used the in-game tool to request assistance, and after verifying which promotion it was, I was told to contact apple. I’ve contacted support again, but haven’t yet heard anything. What’s the next step here?

  • Just to follow up - I logged in on my phone to the game, again, and today, the bundle showed up. I do not know what changed, but there it is.

Related to that - I did hear from support, and they, once again, pointed me at Target or Apple - just basically said "it's not our problem, go bother someone else." This is NOT how responsible companies that value their partnerships and their customers behave. They work together WITH The partner to resolve the issue for the customer, not just point fingers. I wonder which EA is - not responsible, or not caring about customers? Or perhaps I just experienced a string of support personnel that were unwilling to implement company policy.

The first two replies to my ticket were seemingly more helpful - confirming the problem I had and then confirming the promotion in question. The third was "go talk to Apple." The fourth was "go talk to Target," and close the case. The fifth (after I opened another request) was "I understand you are having trouble with the Batcher bundle (which is blatantly incorrect)". The sixth (which was after I posted a message stating that the rewards had been delivered and thanking them for working it out) was "you have to go bother Apple because you didn't buy anything from EA." Honestly...
