Target Practice not applying

I think I found a bug in the new Omega (Fugutive) lead...

It appears that the buff Target Practice isn't being applied when a target is repeat hit, if the target was defeated at the end of the attack.  I have observed it on two (game) accounts on the iOS client.  I do not know if it affects other clients.

You can see the first time I hit Vader, and then the next character hits him and he is defeated, but the target practice buff doesn’t show up. Later on, when someone gets repeat hit (Boba Fett), but is not defeated (well, technically, he is defeated, but revived by his ability), the buff applies. Later on, against KRU, you can see the buff applying correctly until he is defeated.
