A lot of members in my guild suffered the effects of this bug. so everyone lost maybe 20-30 shards!!! Maybe do one of those "We're sorry" messages and just give everyone shards!

Paying money for a game and farming certain characters for a semi rare event to get those IPD shards and then this. NOT HAPPY

    I have fixed the problem upgrading all troopers to more/equal than 5*
