TB rewards not received

The game doesn't deliver your TB rewards until you log in after it ends. Unfortunately if you were removed from the guild before you collect them, those rewards are gone.

I started a feedback post to try and get the devs to change this policy, but it had very little response. Perhaps if you also respond it can help?

Hi, were you removed from the guild shortly after it ended but before rewards were received?

mostly, we removed 6 hours after TB ended time. Thanks bud, how can we find the rewards back

The game doesn't deliver your TB rewards until you log in after it ends. Unfortunately if you were removed from the guild before you collect them, those rewards are gone.

I wish I had known of this issue prior to today. We were doing a guild merge and a few hours after TB ended at our Guild reset time I went through and removed most everyone from the guild and now I am being told by several that they didn't receive their GEO TB rewards. This is seriously crap!

We just had the same thing happen. Doing a guild merge, six members missed out on their Geo rewards. That's really, really unfortunate, considering all six are in good standing and put in a lot of effort throughout the week for 0 rewards. This is a big problem! At the very least CS should be able to help, but so far the six have been stonewalled.
