What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug While playing combat missions in TB, the game will sometimes stop allowing you to attack. The ability buttons disappear but the game doesn’t freeze. The target circle is still on the enemy and you can click on other things though auto battle doesn’t do anything. This is the second time this has happened to me.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. Take a look at my screenshots and find out why the attack buttons are missing.

Screen shots show the absence of attack buttons as well as the target marker on the enemy. One of them show that auto attack can be selected but nothing happens.

1. Was any of the characters revived prior to the ability icons disappearing: (if so which ability revived them?)
2. Prior to the issue occurring, do you recall getting a call, losing internet connection, minimizing the app or any other details which might be relevant?
3. Did you notice any of your attacks being used automatically without input from you?
4. How long was you gaming session approx.?
5. How long since you last rebooted the game?

5. Was any of the characters revived prior to the ability icons disappearing: (if so which ability revived them?)

7. Commander Luke Skywalker used "Call for Action" without input after a Snowtrooper's aoe
8 & 9. About 5-10 mins, launch the game, did a arena fight, get the daily reward and go for Territory Battles.

Same problem here, my whole guild lost one shard for Rebel Officer Leia Organa.

3 Game mode: TB Hoth, Phase 3, Bottom region, Special mission (Leia Organa)
4 Squad: Qui-Gon Jinn (lead), Grandmaster Yoda, Ahsoka Tano, Captain Han Solo, Hoth Rebel Soldier
5 Revived character: yes, I used Captain Han Solo ("Search and Rescue" ability) to revive Hoth Rebel Soldier, immediately afterwards all attack buttons were gone
6 Other events: no, nothing
7 Actions without input from me: no, I noticed nothing unusual
8 Gaming session duration: appr. 60 minutes
9 Last restart of the game: 60 minutes, I restart the game several times per day

On the pic you may notice that there is no health bar for Captain Han Solo.

2. No calls or interruption in internet.
3. No attacks were used without my initiation. None that I noticed anyways.
4. I had been playing the game for no more than 30 min as P2 of TB had just started.
5. The game couldn’t have been running in the background for longer than an hour.
Additional info: this was the light side combat mission in the top area of P2 and I believe it was my 5’s that lost the ability to attack. Someone else mentioned something similar regarding their 5’s. However, the last time this happened to me was two or three TBs ago and it was with a rebel team during the ROLO special mission in P3.

Note it was Kanan's turn. His skills were up initially. I tried to use his protection up skill where you choose an ally, but it didn't respond. Then when I tried auto his skills disappeared.
(In the video I say you can't click on anything, but I was faced with a taunting enemy so it is possible I could have changed targets if that were not the case. Hard to tell.)

So the bug occur after snolo die once but revive by tb rule. Then turn just before he should die i use search and rescue just to see if he can save himself. And then... bug. I cant do nothing else dispite restart game.
