Thanks for getting back to me about this issue so quickly. I hope it ends up being an easy fix for you guys.
1. No revives
2. No calls or interruption in internet.
3. No attacks were used without my initiation. None that I noticed anyways.
4. I had been playing the game for no more than 30 min as P2 of TB had just started.
5. The game couldn’t have been running in the background for longer than an hour.

Additional info: this was the light side combat mission in the top area of P2 and I believe it was my 5’s that lost the ability to attack. Someone else mentioned something similar regarding their 5’s. However, the last time this happened to me was two or three TBs ago and it was with a rebel team during the ROLO special mission in P3.

3. Game Mode: Territory Battles, Phase 2, southern battle.

4. Complete squad composition: Phoenix squad. Hera lead with Ezra, Sabine, Kanan and Zeb

5. Was any of the characters revived? I don't believe so, but if it was it would have been from Hera's back up plan.

6. Prior to the issue occurring, do you recall getting a call, losing internet connection, minimizing the app or any other details which might be relevant? Not to my recollection.

7. Did you notice any of your attacks being used automatically without input from you? Not to my recollection.

8. How long was your gaming session? I keep the game on in the background often. I'm sure it was several hours.

9. How long since you had last rebooted the game? Several hours.

Note it was Kanan's turn. His skills were up initially. I tried to use his protection up skill where you choose an ally, but it didn't respond. Then when I tried auto his skills disappeared.

(In the video I say you can't click on anything, but I was faced with a taunting enemy so it is possible I could have changed targets if that were not the case. Hard to tell.)

Thanks for all this info @Misterdave75, one final question I missed, can you remember what connection type you had? Mobile Data or WiFi? Thanks again.

  Sure, not a problem. Any help I can give to solve the issue. It was wifi (at work), but my phone does use "Smart Network Switch" to flip between wifi and 4g if the signal gets unstable so I would say it was probably wifi.

Same problem.
I used Phoenix squad in TB phase 3 mid (rear trenches), Light Side combat mission, wave 4 of 6. Kanan's turn. Pressed basic and nothing happened, then same with special2. Special1 was unavailable on cooldown. Targets could still be selected. Long press on ability showed the ability description.
Then the whole lower right symbology disappeared. Auto was selectable (green) but no action. Speed up was selectable (toon motion accelerated) but no action possible.
Happened today about 10 p.m. CET (20 minutes ago, 3 hours into phase 3).
Platform: iPad mini 4 model MK9G2LL/A
os: iOS 10.3.3 (14G60)
connection: wifi, stable, no interruption or call
no revives used, no auto play, no uninitiated attack noticed.
session time about 1 hour.

Same problem here and in fact, it’s happening so frequently that to our top tier guild mates (myself included) that precious GP are being wasted, thereby reducing our ability to successfully complete the 6 phases efficiently. We are being threatened with loss of guild mates because of it. They want to quit the game because they’re fed up. Please help ASAP.
