Summarize your bug Around 10-20 minutes after the Territory Battles finished the guild leader disbanded. And for that reason I didn't receive any rewards. But other members have; meaning my rewards were erased from my mailbox. Tickets to EA: #42103675, #42102306 EA wont help at all as they keep saying its studio thingy. First of all why are the rewards being erased after leaving or getting kicked or disbanding the guild. The rewards were already in the mailbox, and some people already had claimed it. Not only is it unfair, it is a stupid system. Why would you erase items from a personal mailbox just because he got kicked out. 2nd; how hard is it to check the database, EA knows how to check when I got kicked, but doesn't know how to check what items I had received? And how hard is it to actually send the missing items back after a ticket request. I lost 40 star worth rewards. 3 rd; you keep saying once the member looses the guild rewards wont be claimable. Where in the game does it say that. The guild leader doesn't even know anything about loosing the rewards; forget the members. I would like my reward to be given back as I DID FINISH the territory battles and it is my right. And please do not say items are lost due to guild being disbanded. That is not an answer, its an excuse.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get removed from the guild after receiving the rewards but not claiming it.
