Can’t claim rewards

Ok seriously I posted about this before and nothing. I’m a paying customer, I spend money on this game. Can no one at CG address this issue?

I have more than 4 minutes left to claim my daily activities and it says it reset… it’s not 12 so why can’t I claim them? This has happened to me multiple times. I’m missing out on my rewards and I’m sick of it. 

Can anyone at CG help with this?
