Territory wars cancelled?

I signed up for territory wars, we had enough players to start it but when it started, myself and at least one other player were omitted from the war.

    We checked the guild and your account information related to your report. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm that you signed up for the last TW. This was the reason why you were unable to join it. Please make sure you have a strong internet connection next time.

Thanks for looking at this. I absolutely did sign up and I was actively getting other members to get signed up along with me. If you have access to guild chat you will hopefully be able to see this.
