What do you mean that the Territory War doesn't pop up?
If you miss the registration window, the event will disappear for you during the setup, attack, and review phases.
The preview phase for this TW started at 8pm UTC on December 4th and ended on December 5th at 7pm UTC.

- @True_Rune There’s no “notification” other than a message in guild chat (that can scroll away quickly if the guild is highly active.)
There’s an issue where players who use a single device that stays logged in constantly may not have the tw icon appear on the right side of the cantina table. The fix to that is logging back into the game. Alternatively, players can just click on the tw icon in the guild menu and join from there.
Guild communication is the best way to make players aware of the signup. To date, we have never seen evidence of a player who couldn’t sign up during the registration period - every single one of them comes here after the registration period is over.
