The appeal system is not working, please help

I have NEVER cheated in this game and yet my multiple year account has been banned. When I try to use the appeal system through the "contact us" button when I try to load up the game, I go through the process and provide as much information as I have, but get no response or unban.

How can I be banned for "repeat offenses" when I don't cheat, and haven't even to my knowledge received any message prior to this point about a warning of breached behavior? 

I'm hoping this is a system error with robots/ai or whatever, and that a real human can resolve this. I saw reports of other people being banned incorrectly recently on the forums, so this might not be an isolated incident.
