I purchased an episode pass and haven't received it. The money has been debited from my bank card. The payment was successful.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your pruchases to be reflected in-game. You can try restoring purchases to see if that makes it show up, but if you don't have it within 24 hours I'd recommend gathering your proof of purchase and reaching out to our live support team via the in-game help option.
