@Beeck14 Can you please try to update your game for the newest client? the problem has been since the release of the client's PC, approximately.
All updates are installed on both PC and phone

@Beeck14 This can be caused due to restrictions in your region. - @EA_Gunner It is unlikely that other players from the region are doing well. The region imposes a restriction only on purchases for real money
What should I do in the end? I was the only one who missed the promotion for 330 character fragments for 8000 blue currency.
