The new quest track does not show up, but the shipment does. I had the fulcrum prestigious quest going and it is not in the quests tab as a legacy prestigious quest. I just see quests and journey que...

No I didnt complete it nor did it mark it as complete. I just scrolled thru the entire achievements page to find what I needed to do
Then you should send a bug report ticket rather than simply mentioning it on the forums. The ones who'd possibly be able to help you wouldn't see this
