Thrawn not Fractureing
During a recent gac match my thrawn did not apply fracture to a Darth Revan. Given that the attack is non evadable and cannot be resisted the fracture effect should be guaranteed. If someone could either explain why this occurred or fix the issue behind it that would be much appreciated. My ally code is 419756482.
If Thrawn gets inflicted with Dark battle meditation from Fallen Basti and DR is in the lead some debuffs won't land. Ignored by GLs of course. Read the force bond unique on Fallen Bastilla.
