TIE/IN Interceptor Bug

I purchased the TIE Interceptor Bundle, but I did not receive the Ship activation. I tried asking EA Help to assist with this but I was told I received the bundle when clearly, I did not. I would like some assistance with this so I can either get the ship activated or receive a refund to retry a successful purchase
