Tier 3 - Jedi Master Luke Event - Blind Not Applying

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Tier 3 - Jedi Master Luke Blind Not Applying. Attempted to use his 2nd skill and Blind did not apply. Was then 1-shot by Vader.

Entered Tier 3 of the Jedi Master Luke event costing me 60 tickets. Had all the requisite mods. Attempted to use Stalwart Advance as the first move and BLIND was not applied to Vader. Was then 1 shot by Vader. Is this event working as intended? Just wasted a few days of tickets for nothing.

Hi @Kurtisclip and thanks for the report.

The Blind debuff can be resisted. In your battle, Darth Vader resisted Blind so was able to hit you on the next turn. This is working as intended.

Happened again today with nearly 83% percent potency on Luke. I added a cross mod with 30% potency to try and avoid this. Thankfully Vader chose not to execute and I was able to win but could have easily lost another 60 tickets. My suggestion is to remove the penalty for losing tickets like this especially since such ridiculous RNG is involved.

Vader's basic can't be evaded by Rebels or Jedi anyway, and Culling Blade can't be evaded at all. So I'm not sure how much good Blind would do anyway.
