Not from the forums, but our support team may be able to help.
Tap the Settings cog on the Cantina home screen and then tap Help to start a case from your account. From there, click the contact us button and fill out the case categories. In the space for additional information, add the context behind how the reward payout times got changed on you and include your Player ID and/or Ally Code there so they can locate the account for you. Once the case has been submitted, an agent will look into it as soon as one is available.
