Transaction failed after buying Rogue One 2

Question

My transaction failed 2 times after I tried to buy the second Rogue One Bundle.

Now my chars still are bad but the Bundle doesn't show up anymore.

How can I buy the Bundle?

My allycode is 641-556-955

This is related to a known issue on the server. Studio is investigating.

What happens now?I couldnt change the purchase in the Client Store, EA Help suggested just to wait until it reappears. Now its gone and I couldnt get it.Is there another posibillity? Can you sell it to me in any other way?
