Transaction failed after buying Rogue One 2

My transaction failed 2 times after I tried to buy the second Rogue One Bundle.

Now my chars still are bad but the Bundle doesn't show up anymore.

How can I buy the Bundle?

My allycode is 641-556-955

This is related to a known issue on the server. Studio is investigating.

What happens now?
I couldnt change the purchase in the Client Store, EA Help suggested just to wait until it reappears. Now its gone and I couldnt get it.

Is there another posibillity? Can you sell it to me in any other way?
