Issue purchasing Bad Batch LSB bundle

I tried purchasing the Bad Batch LSB on the online store and it said “oops try again.” Now I have no option to purchase the LSB on either store or on the game. The only reason I was using the web store was for the parsec bonuses and now I can’t even get the LSB. Please help
