Transfer account from Android to Apple

Trying to transfer account from Android to Apple. The "help" section for this is no longer valid since EA Connect came about. I'm logged in with both Apple and EA connect. I get ErrorCode: 9 and it restarts the app. This loops endlessly. Is there a new step by step that outlines how to port an account over?

You can contact EA Help Support as they should be able to assist you transferring the account to another platform.

@EA_cuervo This article is outdated. Facebook Connect was removed from the Game Month ago. Whats described in the Article is not possible anymore.

Instead you need to use EA Connect

@helloooem you say your error code is 9... whats behind the 9? is it 9.78 ?
