I just realised it is probably better if I provide all the details before a mod checks the post: My SWGOH player ID is eHwZAopBTKuvIjowN-IfFg and my SWGOH ally code is 178-633-815. The google account/email I am referencing is "[edit: email address removed]" and my SWGOH username is S17. I will attach the screen recordings and screenshot I referenced in my post.
