Trouble connecting ea account to game

Hello I’ve been trying to connect my game to my ea account however it has not been letting me as the ages do not match, unfortunately as the account is older than the hyperdrive bundle and I took a few years off, I have no clue what age I set the game to. I’m wondering if this is the right place to get help or if I need to look somewhere else. The in game customer service has not been able to do anything for me.
