Trouble with Hoth lightspeed bundle

This is starting to feel like a joke. Now after five days of trying to talk to support ingame I'm being told AGAIN that I have already purchased a light side lightspeed bundle and that's why I was given the crystals. Does the customer support team even know how this game works? Surely they don't because since when is there a limit to how many lightspeed bundles I can get? At this point you've taken my money and given me something completely different to what I bought. You've basically stolen my money. And it's not just me, there are a few other posts in this forum which have been completely ignored by moderators. I'm considering quiting this game at this point. I just want the toons that I paid for, I don't think it is that difficult.
