Trying to unlink EA account from SWGOH

Ive been trying to unlink an EA account from my SWGOH since I no longer have access to the email. I tried using the in game support but they provided literally ZERO help. Can I unlink an account so that I can link it with an EA account that I still have access to?

@hhxfiud9192c this account is linked to a EA Account that has not yet Completed the full setup. Therefore it has no Nickname yet. Please ask EA Help wich exact EMail was used to set up this account

@kylewalk34 At the moment, it's not possible to unlink your email from the SWGoH account. You need to get access to your EA account and update the email on the account.

@EA_Gunner, Following-up with the same issue.
The message in-game says "Your EA Connect Account is already linked. If you need to make changes to this account, please contact customer service."
As you say, "it's not possible to unlink your email from the SWGoH account."
Which is it?

@Barbarossa5, EA Help results:
- from Qaiser, "I am sorry but we will not be able to check [your email] from here"
- from Saurabh,"we are not able to open any link shared by you" (I asked Saurabh to review your request here)
EA Help seems unable to move this forward. Who should I try next?

Hi @EA_HighCommand, Would you please review this thread?
- objective: spend $$$ on the SWGOH web store
- obstacle: I lost the email address I initially used to EA Connect my SWOG account; a "reset" is needed
- resolution: EA Help needs a toe-hold - the lost email seems necessary to do the "reset"
