EA_Gunnercan I please get a follow up on this?

Getting tired of this issue costing me wins. I hope y'all can understand how ethically dubious it seems to gladly take your customer's money every time, then ignore issues like this for months (if not years,)without so much an a response to acknowledge the impact, let alone anything approximating a reasonable resolution.
