Tusken 3V3 bug?

Battled an omicron tusken raider team with jkr and couldnt finish them off when only tusken raider and summoned tusken raider remained, both kept reviving over and over again. Match timed out and took in another team and had to kill both at the same time fo win. Is this a bug or how Tuskens are intended to be beaten in GAC?
