When I log in, it introduces me to ‘hard’ light battles, even though i have completed them. When attempting grand arena or events, it forces me to press ‘battle’; not able to clear or select sqaud. Also can’t leave the screen, so I have to re-start the app.
Yes I am having the same problem I also can not take part in events, they just freeze too
When I log in I immediately get the “Hard Mode Unlocked” tutorial notification. It forces me into the tutorial where I have to spend shards to do the battle, otherwise I’m stuck. Even after I spend shards, do the battle, and get past the tutorial, I just get stuck there again after I log back in. Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn’t work.
Same. But only once. Now I've been given the ability to get to g12 without 7 stars and got a bunch of starship upgrades.
Same thing with me. also the amount of shards needed for loads of characters got lowered for me but I didn’t see any mention of it in an update or anything. I logged on and all of a sudden I have hermit yoda unlocked. Same thing with gear there doesn’t seem to be a level cap on gear
Same. Have to enter a battle to reset it. I'm now playing Palpatine journey guide battle 1 every time I login to get around this.
Whatever update happened today seemed to mess up my game. Every time I open the app (iPhone user), it says I’ve unlocked Hard Mode (despite having ALREADY unlocked this mode months ago), and then prompts me to spend shards to advance through the short tutorial.
The game wont let me move past this screen, so eventually I just spent the 25 shards to advance, which worked briefly. When I opened my app back up a short while later, I got the exact same prompt, and had to spend another 50 shards to get out of it. Well, it’s done it a 3rd time today and I’m at a loss (and out of shards).

Since the update, I get the tutorial message "You have unlocked hard mode. Unlock Scavenger Rey." every time I login and am forced to navigate to that node.
