Did you recently unlock another GL ult? They are a shareable currency. Check the other ult event and see if there is another attempt you can do. Check all your ult events to be safe.
If you haven't, did you have a crash during one of your runs? It has happened in the past, where it bugs the attempt and counts it as a victory without giving the mat.
