There is a message about error in the internet connection, but all websites etc. work well. The problem is only with swgoh. I've tried reinstallation and it did not work.

It looks like it's working for some others who ran into this. Could you check your game real quick and see if you're able to get past the splash screen now too?
If not, make sure your Ally Code is noted down and then try these steps and launch the game once more:
- Clear the app cache
- Clear the app store cache
- Check for updates
- Close any other apps you may have open
- Check device storage
- Switch the connection type (if you're on Wifi, try mobile data and vice versa)
- Restart the device

For those on Bluestacks, I'm sorry, we don't use of emulators so there are no TS steps I can share for that. You would need to link in with the emulators support team directly for assistance there.
