Unable to access a required internet resource

open game and it takes a long time on Loading Cantina first screen, then it says the message "unable to access a required internet resource"

decided to switch to wifi, still the same

decided to unninstall and install again, still the same

disabled my private DNS server, switched back to data, the game takes a long time on Loading Cantina again but now i get some downloads going on, Rotta the Hutt screen pops up and then immediatly an error message: "an error occurred that requeire restarting the game, Error code 106.0"

decide to make a speedtest and all seems fine, a bit slow but connection is stable and everything else on my phone works fine.
