Unable to access relic amplifier “requirements not met”
I’m unable to access relic amplifier on Huyang as of today, despite the fact that I have him at R4 already. He is 6*, but that shouldn’t be an issue with the recent relic/star access changes

You have misunderstood the recent relic/star access changes. Although you can take a 6 star character to Relic 4, they need to be 7 star to take them to Relic 5.
