Unable to access relic amplifier “requirements not met”
I’m unable to access relic amplifier on Huyang as of today, despite the fact that I have him at R4 already. He is 6*, but that shouldn’t be an issue with the recent relic/star access changes

EA allowed us to access G12 and relics prior to 7 star, but they put in caps to how far we can take them.
4* = R2
5" = R3
6* = R4
7* = R5+
