Unable to complete Character Quest

I have tried multiple squad compositions and multiple different nodes but the "Win a battle with Temple Guard and Plo Koon on your squad" quest will not complete. I have tried on both Android and PC. Cleared app cache and also done a full reinstall.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

No issues on my end. Completed the quest in the current GC on the lowest tier.

I made several other attempts throughout the day with no success.
