Unable to complete Character Quest

I have tried multiple squad compositions and multiple different nodes but the "Win a battle with Temple Guard and Plo Koon on your squad" quest will not complete. I have tried on both Android and PC....

No issues on my end. Completed the quest in the current GC on the lowest tier.
