Unable to craft pieces and lost the pieces

Summarize your bug I have had issues with gear pieces that I have disappearing for Finn... MkXII arms tell data pad prototype salvage(had more than 50 of these now it show’s I only have 37)! I did troubleshooting with a few techs about not being able to craft pieces after I had all requested pieces for FINN☹️the MkXII ArmaTekDataPadPrototypeSalvage HaD 50 now 37 , MkArmaTekMultiToolPrototypeSalvage: had 39 now have 9 , Mk vIII NubianSecurityScannerSalvage: had = 23 now have 3 , mk XIII ArmaTekVisorPrototypeSalvage: had = 30 now 0 , mkXII CECFusionFurnance Salvage: had = 21 now 1 All happened after attempting to craft the gear pies to make Finn Gear xIII...this attempt was asked by the tech to try to see if the gear pies that did not show the green plus symbol would craft ...
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? FINN = all gear pieces collected on the left side of FiNN were completed but no green plus showed , attempt to craft those gear pieces and you loose all of the gear pieces..and you are back to trying to get all of those pieces again

The techs that helped me had me : uninstalling swgoh shutting phone off and reinstalling swgoh, check no applications running in background, clear cash and cookies 🍪, and turn off security such as fire wall and VPN, then attempt to craft pieces even though green plus wasn’t showing.. waited for response from a senior tech and told to report as a bug...
