Unable to earn Darth Nihilus's portrait?

Im sorely disappointed to have not apparently earned Darth Nihilus's portrait, him being my favorite sith. I Ranked #1 in the leaderboard for the raid as thats the requirement to get his portrait an didnt recieve it at the end of the raid. Having provided evidence of my fulfillment of the requirements, I'm hoping there is a solution that can be provided.
