Unable to farm Jabba Ultimate material

I have the same issue at 10/12 materials. It considers the event completed.

 A fix is underway.

Indeed, the event changed to not complete and I could continue. However the issue seems to be reoccurring: after one battle, the game considered the event complete again.

I have the same problem, and the "Help Team" said me that the problem had been resolved.

Three days without the chance of collect gems or doing the battle, awful help service!!!!!
