Unable to launch app on iPhone 15 Pro

For some reason I can’t get the game to open on my iPhone after the most recent update. I deleted it and tried to install but it gets stuck at 9mb when it during the installation.

I tried my home and work WiFi and cellular data.

Anyone else having this issue? Feels like it happened earlier in October also.
