Sure, it's a mobile game and login issues to play a mobile game is 1st world problems. However, I side with the OP here, let's see:
-Naboo raid bugged almost until its phased out
-Order 66 bad batch no mark issue.
-New teams and events released that seem untested because it's broken. Not to mention the numerous bugs and issues with character abilities, events, logins, purchases and lag issues.
There's a long list, but the issues are not the actual complaint as all software has bugs and issues. The complaint is the lack of responsiveness, communication, the prioritization and taking an extreme long time to address these issues.
As someone who spends regularly (not whale) it's frustrating, like many others my income and time is valuable, so no different than Netflix, SiriusXM, Internet etc when you pay for something you expect it to work as intended and when problems occur they get the necessary attention it needs. As a customer for SWGOH I don't believe that's what we are getting. With this current issue I'm gonna miss fleet payout on 2 accts, 400 crystals each, conquest progress and rewards, finishing raid attempts etc, this time lost all equates to game progress lost. Once they do resolve the issue, will we be compensated? Maybe will it be 200 crystals and 3 CWC shards? probably, and that hardly makes up for what's missed. I truly enjoy the game, I just wished we had a better team behind the scenes making things happen.
