Unable to Purchase Lightspeed Bundles – "Payment Process Takes Too Long"

Every time I try to purchase a Lightspeed Bundle in the app, I’m unable to complete the purchase because it says that the payment process is taking too long. I returned to the game two months ago, and I was able to make purchases in the app before, but I’ve now been unable to purchase anything for about a month and a half.

Interestingly, this only happens with offers where the price is not displayed.
