Unable to purchase scorch pack

Trying to purchase the Scotch pack either in game or the website doesn't work. Gives an error and says it's been purchased but it hasn't. Haven't been charged for it. Tried closing the app l, clearing the cache and all that good stuff. Tried to restore purchases. Waited several hours hoping it would reset itself. I guess you guys don't want me money this round.
