Unable to purchase three current lightspeed bundles

I am unable to purchase several items (Finalizer, rebels, and Din Djarin LightSpeed Bundles) for some odd reason. Knowing how rng can make or break a lot of things I wanted to skip at least a year's worth of grinding and get some actual progress in my pursuit of a Galactic Legend and an hour or two before making this post, I purchased a 50$ visa gift card, in which I will be able to afford all 3 bundles, however I was unable to purchase any of them. After a couple frustrating attempts, I decided to sign out of my game center and log back in. It would seem that did the trick since I was able to purchase one of the three bundles but when I attempted to purchase the Finalizer bundle, I got the same error. I know there is no issue with the card since I was able to make a purchase and it was just literally new. I have never had an issue like this before. Please help. I don't want to miss an opportunity where I can get Supreme Leader Kylo Ren next month instead of either next year or the year after.

    If you're missing content you've paid for, please get in touch with our support team. They'll take a look for you. Here's how to send in a case from in-game to the support team:

    1. On the home screen, tap the  ⚙️ Cog wheel icon / Settings button in the top left corner of your screen.
    2. Tap the Help button and your game will connect to the EA Help support site.
    3. From the page that loads, in the top left, click on the EA Help logo to bring you to the EA Help homepage
    4. Type 'SWGOH' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
    5. Select See all help topics.
    6. Select the Missing Content category.
    7. Select I'm looking for something I bought.
    8. The available contact options should appear under the heading 'Still need help'.

    It'd be good to have your Player ID handy and proof of purchase also in case the support team ask for it.

    Be prepared for a long and painful process, @Minecraft1896 .

    I've been working with EA's "support" crew in-game for nine days trying to get my lightspeed bundle that I paid for and so far theyve been unable to even answer the most basic questions, let alone provide any type of meaningful support.

    I've never had a worse customer support experience than this.
