Unable to purchase Tier 10 of Conquest Ascension

I don't want to put my foot in my mouth, but I think the calendar is 600 energy, but definitely confirm that first. The EA help actually asked me for a screenshot, so I sent them a screenshot of the frozen loading wheel. Not really sure how that helps, but it's still going on a full 2 days after first attempting to purchase tier 10. Meh.
