I am being told that I am ineligible for rewards from the CRancor that my guild is running right now, but that's impossible. I have not moved guilds in over 2 weeks and have not run any extra CRancor's at all - no one else in my guild is ineligible, and we've all been here for well over a week.

It appears that you hit the limit for The Pit (Challenge) this week. Because of this, you do not qualify for rewards the raid in question. You will qualify for rewards for Rancor raids next week. Timezone differences between yourself and the Guild (original Guild leader) may account for the reason that you are ineligible while other guild members are not.
