Unable to see Gift Tab or any LSB's in Game

I am aware that there is a couple of LSB's currently in the store, however i cannot see them and I have also noticed i cannot access the gift section of the store either.

This problem is in both the In Game and the Online Webstore.

• The account was created directly within the EA app when the PC Client was released and has never been attached to a mobile device.
• I have looked at my EA Account and its an Adult account (over 18)
• I have no spending limits on my account
