Banned for no reason

Good day.

I and several of my guildmates have been banned due to achieving high ranks in the Coliseum. I do not understand the reason for the ban, as our rankings were earned fairly and without any violations.

My account has a 7-9 year history, and I kindly request that my account and the accounts of my fellow guild officers be unbanned.
