Well as The android bug going on, I managed to connect via EA Connect. But the problem is : I cant disconnect to switch to my secondary account. Play as guest reconnect on the first imported EA Account and the option "import account" after login in on the secondary, still reconnect on the first one.
Clearing cache does nothing
Clearing data doest nothing
Deleting app does nothing
For those 3 cases, Guest still logs me by default on the first EA account.
I did the same thing as you did and I too kept getting connected to the guest account, with great hesitation I uninstalled the game, then reinstalled and it connected me back to my main account. I really hate doing that, but I was desperate
I still can't get into the game but at least it shows my main account not the guest
I did success once to go back from secondary to main. But it was random. dozens of tries did not success.
I will probably loos one or 2 refreshes + store until I can connect on PC client :/
How did you manage to switch back from the secondary account to the main one? I was able to log into the main one and switch to the secondary one, but I can't switch back to the main one.
The same thing. Cant get to the main account. The only thing I didn't try is to delete my smaller account... I just don't want to do it.
I managed to get onto my main on android but had the same issue getting to my secondary account. Used PC client and managed to get in. So for now I have to use two devices to access both accounts.
Jarpin3786 Don't do this! I did it with my one year old f2p secondary account and it didn't work.
Went through the game on EA, and it asked for my log on email. Sent a code to email address and logged me in to to game that way. I honestly would not recommend doing this, after further consideration, just because of all the steps I took to get back into my main account.
What happened after you delete it when you logged in to the game?
After I deleted the game and logged back in, the game recognized my main account. I still can't get into the game like everyone else, but at least on the log in screen it has my main account info not the guest info
Out of desperation and frustration, I logged in with my EA account rather than GooglePlay. I only have the one account, so this is working for me. Hope they'll toss us some crumbs for our distress.
Jarpin3786 They sent me to a guest account, I finished the tutorial and entered my primary account details, it appears, I select my account the game reload it and return to the guest account.
I had the same issue. I logged into EA connect with my main account, then my alt account, but after that, it would not let me back into my main account. I was finally able to get my main account back after using a phone emulator with a separate operating system. Now have to switch between operating systems to play my different accounts. Not a good way to do this, but at least can make it work. Hope they actually fix google play connection soon
Same. I can't get back to my main. I unlink from ea, I try to upload my account with the email and code, it even shows my main account but when I hit okay it just goes back to the other. I tried a 3rd account and now I'm locked into that one.
Tried uninstall ing, clearing cache, rolling back updates, nothing works. Don't have a pc with windows 11 so no way to use the pc client. Can still connect on my phone to the website but not the actual game.
