Unable to Unlock Darth Revan

Hello, seems a few others have been having this issue, but to no fix yet. I have completed all 7 tiers for Darth Revan, and somehow did not receive all of the necessary shards to unlock him. I am missing 55.

How would I fix this? Ally code: 884-174-832
