Unable to upgrade to lvl 4 leader barris offee

Hello guys ,
I am unable to upgrade the leader skill to lvl 4 for barris even though i have all required mats.
Any ideas ?

Hi @kreepenX and thank you for the report.

In order to upgrade the skill to level 4, the character needs to be level 40.

There's probably a level requirement in order to upgrade that skill to level 4 which isn't showing up.

I thought the same thing initially , but the Thing is I saw other lvl 38s (as i am) but with the passive upgraded to lvl 4

Well I just reached lvl 40 and that skill is available. I believe all lvl 4 leader skills require to be lvl40 to be selected.
